Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for clients across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.
  • Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient incident resolution and project delivery.

Job Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.
  • Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
