Job Description
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies and ensure seamless sales pipeline execution.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. You must also be comfortable working with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., AutoTask, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to provide suggestions for CRM optimization and recommend effective tools or processes to improve business development effectiveness.
