About the Role

This position involves coordinating and managing property showings, interacting with prospective tenants, and ensuring a smooth leasing process.


Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to incoming inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Schedule and confirm property viewings with leasing agents and prospective renters.
  • Maintain an updated calendar of available properties and leasing appointments.
  • Follow up with leads and provide information about available apartments, pricing, and requirements.
  • Update and manage software systems with appointment details and lead status.
  • Communicate with property managers and leasing agents to coordinate viewings.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, leasing, or property management is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and inquiries.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
