Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring timely and efficient resource allocation.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Manage subcontractors, laborers, and materials to ensure timely progress.
  • Project Scheduling: Coordinate pre-construction activities, bid preparation, and project timelines.
  • Risk Management: Track project progress, milestones, and budgets, addressing risks and issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4-6 years of construction or project management experience or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments.
  • Effective communication skills with subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Ability to prepare and track project timelines and budgets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player willing to work in a fast-paced, growing business.

The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil plans. Experience with construction estimating and takeoffs is an asset.
