Senior UI/UX Designer

Are you a highly skilled design professional with a proven track record in creating engaging user experiences? We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our websites and digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. They will be responsible for leading the design process from initial concept to polished execution, collaborating closely with developers to ensure seamless handovers.

  • Develop and implement designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design solutions.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-build handovers.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organization with a focus on design implementation.
  • Proven UX Research & Strategy experience (Wireframing, User Flows, Prototyping, Information Architecture).
  • Understanding of content marketing design principles.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize time for yourself and a team to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite.
  • Experienced in Brand Design and Uplift (style guides, visual guidelines).
