Global Delivery Implementation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Delivery Implementation Leader to oversee the successful execution of client implementation and delivery projects across multiple regions. As a senior leader, you will help define and drive the global delivery strategy, leading a team of experienced professionals.

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across various teams. You will be responsible for defining regional delivery strategies, developing scalable frameworks, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining regional delivery strategies and aligning them with commercial, product, and operational priorities
  • Developing and maintaining global standards for implementation quality, timelines, and documentation
  • Leading a high-performing regional delivery team and setting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensuring effective resourcing, enabling, and alignment of regional delivery teams
  • Acting as a senior escalation point for complex delivery issues

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in implementation, delivery, or onboarding in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech
  • Strong understanding of integration models and delivery methodologies
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
