Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quantitative Fieldwork Specialist to manage all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market, working closely with Project Managers to ensure studies are delivered according to client specifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sampling and setup strategies, coordinating with respondents and vendors, managing exclusion lists, and incentive reconciliation.

As a key team member in the execution of quantitative projects, you will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results while maintaining excellent communication skills and teamwork.

This role requires adaptability, independence, and motivation, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute end-to-end project tasks, including link setup, testing, invitation delivery via custom tools, and exclusion list management.
  2. Develop and manage sampling plans for allocated projects from internal invites to custom recruitment.
  3. Excellent understanding of project recruitment methodologies; coordinate with project assistants for maximum results.
  4. Establish alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient.
  5. Track, monitor, and report on sampling performance at a project level.
  6. Utilize M3's sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to support project deliverability.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, address requests promptly, and attend meetings with Project Managers to discuss project specifications, timelines, and responsibilities.
  8. Host internal or external pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring timely and planned completion.
  9. Monitor and report on custom recruitment performance.
  10. Support Project Managers in closing and preparing projects for invoicing in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • 0-1 year of market research experience.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of English grammar rules.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
  • Basic math skills with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc.
  • Interest/exposure within the healthcare space.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PMs using available resources.
  • Autonomy and teamwork skills to meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
