We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Market Research Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the execution of market research projects, overseeing all aspects of recruitment and ensuring timely delivery. They will collaborate with project managers to optimize internal sample resources, manage sampling strategies, and coordinate with respondents and vendors.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a team to meet study-specific and departmental objectives. The coordinator will be responsible for executing end-to-end project-related tasks, managing sampling, building sampling plans, tracking and reporting on sampling performance, addressing project managers' requests, and hosting market research pretest/pilot interviews.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, excellent communication and teamwork skills, experience in market research or healthcare, and proficiency in market research tools and platforms. They must also be detail-oriented, adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure.

The Market Research Coordinator will work flexibly in US EST and UK hours, requiring strong critical thinking skills, basic math skills, and the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates, profit, etc.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Executing end-to-end project-related tasks, including link setup, link testing, and incentive reconciliation
  • Managing and controlling sampling for allocated projects from setup to custom recruitment
  • Building sampling plans for allocated projects and maximizing internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other custom solutions
  • Tracking and reporting on sampling performance at a project level
  • Addressing project managers' requests in a timely manner and attending meetings to ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood
  • Hosting internal or external market research pretest/pilot interviews for clients and tracking custom recruitment performance
