Job Description:

The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market. This includes coordinating with project managers to ensure studies are delivered in accordance with client specifications.

This role involves executing end-to-end project-related tasks, managing sampling for allocated projects, and building a sampling plan to maximize internal sample resources via phone recruitment and custom emails. The coordinator must review projects regularly and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on sampling performance at a project level. They will also need to have an excellent understanding of M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to ensure they are used effectively to support project deliverability.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Fieldwork Coordinator will host internal or external market research pretest/pilot interviews for clients, track and report on custom recruitment performance, and support project managers in ensuring that projects are closed and ready for invoicing in a timely manner.
