
Customer Experience Specialist

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong desire for learning new things and problem-solving aptitude. A good understanding of scripting or web development skills is a plus but not essential.
- Key responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service using the best technologies available, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner, maintaining a positive attitude, and communicating with colleagues as necessary.
- Required skills and qualifications include a strong command of English language, especially in the written word, availability for work in shifts and during weekends, and a desire for continuous learning.
