Seeking a skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to provide exceptional patient service and support our practice's front office operations.

Job Description

This role involves greeting and assisting patients in a professional, friendly manner. Key responsibilities include:

  • Patient Scheduling: Manage patient scheduling, recalls, appointment setting, and confirmations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Insurance Verification: Perform insurance verification and maintain accurate patient records to ensure seamless billing and reimbursement processes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish, providing clear and concise information regarding their care and treatment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, enabling them to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • 1 Year of Experience: Previous experience working in a dental or medical office environment is required.
  • Orthodontics Knowledge: Experience in Orthodontics is highly valued but not mandatory.
  • Open Dental Software: Familiarity with Open Dental software is an asset but not essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are crucial for managing competing demands and deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective patient engagement and collaboration with the healthcare team.
