Job Title: Talent Attraction Strategist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Attraction Strategist to lead our North American talent attraction functions and team. This is an exciting opportunity to blend creativity with process implementation, attracting top talent while working closely with internal teams.

As a key member of our talent acquisition marketing team, you will play a vital role in building and executing comprehensive sourcing plans, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Develop and implement innovative talent attraction strategies to drive business results.
  • Partner with procurement, accounting, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Project manage collateral creation, supervising, coaching, training, and developing talent acquisition marketing staff.

What We Look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative ideas for attracting top talent.
  • Ability to manage a remote team and work onsite at least once a month.
  • Proven track record of proactiveness, problem-solving, and data-based critical thinking.
  • Experience managing budgets and using advanced Excel.
  • Consultative and collaborative mindset.
