  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale software development and infrastructure/network projects.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery Management:
    • ">
    • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and budget targets.
    • Collaborate with senior management to address delays through schedule reviews, risk management, and proactive escalations.
  • Compliance and Governance:

    • Ensure adherence to IT best practices, financial guidelines, and procurement policies.
  • Procurement and Financial Management:
    • ">
    • Develop business cases and request for procurements, taking full responsibility from initiation to issuance.
    • Manage invoice processing aligned with milestone payments.
  • Project Administration:
    • ">
    • Maintain project plans, status reports, budget updates, and risk logs.
    • Prepare project materials, support audits, and manage project documentation.
    • Oversee collaboration sites and support knowledge transfer.
  • Education and Work Experience:
    • ">
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
    • 8+ years of project management experience, demonstrated by a proven track record of success in managing complex IT programs and projects.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • ">
    • Strong foundation in project and program management principles, tools, and techniques.
    • Experience in strategic planning, risk, vendor, budget, and team management.
    • Proficient in project management software, preferably MS Project or Project Online.
    • Familiar with Agile frameworks and related tools.
  • Certification:

    • PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or CITPM certification is desirable.
