Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage and oversee projects from initiation to delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • - Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • - Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and cross-functional teams, to ensure project success.
  • - Manage project risks, issues, and resources proactively.
  • - Ensure accurate and clear project documentation, including status reports and schedules.
Qualifications
  • Requirements:
  • - Minimum three years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT and/or Telecommunications sector.
  • - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • - Experience in financial management, budget control, and cost tracking for projects.
  • - Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Desirable Qualities:
  • - Experience working with telco operators, system integrators, or enterprise IT solutions.
  • - Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
