About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled QA Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

  • You will work closely with our project managers to identify and prioritize project requirements and ensure that they are met through effective testing and quality assurance processes.
  • You will develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and schedules, as well as conduct regular status updates and risk assessments.
  • You will lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • You will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in a project management context.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Able to navigate different platforms (PC, Console, Mobile (iOS/Android), Handhelds, Web Tools, Software).
