Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Property Valuation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' investment decisions by conducting comprehensive financial modeling, market research, and preparing detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the data, consult with industry experts (such as brokers), and write an in-depth analysis explaining the findings.
  2. Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
  3. Create complex financial models to assess property performance and returns.
  4. Conduct thorough market research, gathering property data and comparable sales/rentals information.
  5. Prepare professional reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
  6. Assist with due diligence, reviewing leases and financial documents.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a Real Estate Analyst or related role.
  2. A degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a preference for financial modeling experience.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think independently.
  5. Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and strong internet searching skills.
  6. In-depth knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR).
  7. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  8. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
