Client Recovery SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Client Recovery Specialist to join our contact center team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting customers with overdue accounts to negotiate payment arrangements;
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as necessary;
  • Demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all interactions with clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word;
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business administration or a related field is an asset.
