  • Escalation Procedure: Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns requiring escalation, consulting with colleagues to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update relevant stakeholders on outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar position within a related industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
