Leadership Opportunity

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a company, driving business growth and strategy to achieve key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure operational units are productive and meet performance targets across various departments, including Sales, Pre-owned, Financing, Insurance, Service/Aftersales, Marketing, Customer Relations, and Dealer/Business Development.
  • Stay updated on competitors, market trends, business opportunities, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction with products and services.
  • Implement process improvements to promote operational efficiency and formulate policies in response to business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of company performance to identify causes of performance gaps and/or issues affecting operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 13-14 years of relevant experience, with 8-9 years in a senior managerial capacity.

Work location: Metro Manila. Work schedule/dayshift, 6 days onsite.
