
Chief Support Officer

As a key member of our administrative team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional support to our executive team.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly proactive and have the ability to multitask with ease. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accurate records, and providing top-notch communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage property spreadsheets by editing and uploading data to our website and HubSpot platforms.
- Update online calendars via Google on a weekly basis.
- Conduct monthly reviews of client lists to ensure new additions are accurately marked as Marketing recipients.
- Support lead generation by conducting research using various online tools and social media platforms under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Input data into our CRM system, creating companies and contacts with relevant details.
- Engage with clients on social media by following them on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and connecting with current contacts on LinkedIn.
- Conduct research on events, religious affairs, and industry publications to inform engagement strategies and contribute to content creation.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.
- Maintain organized records of documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in editing spreadsheets and managing data.
- Ability to conduct research and present findings effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and online research tools.
- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and property management.
- Experience in creating and managing marketing lists.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
