We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of the financial department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Financial Records: Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in a timely manner.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly to ensure smooth cash flow.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions to prevent discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial statements, reports, and budgets that provide valuable insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Audit Support: Assist with audits and ensure all financial data is accurate and readily available to support the audit process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including IFRS, U.S GAAP, or another accounting framework.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel, to efficiently manage financial data.
