Product Manager Role
Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our products in the remittance and loans space across the APAC region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling product roadmaps and timelines, aligning products to business requirements, and delivering end-products on time.
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the entire product strategy and development.
- Aligning products to business requirements and working alongside the development team to deliver end-products on time.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the market, competition, and customer needs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Driving product launches, managing product life cycles, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in product development and management, preferably in the remittance and loans space.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Product Ownership, Project Management, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with product roadmapping, product life cycle management, and product launch planning.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales.
