About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled UX and Business Analyst to join our team at ABSI. As a UX and Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in soliciting business and end-user requirements through a human-centered design approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and validate product requirements using various techniques, including Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Service Design, and Co-design.
  • Identify potential blind spots and risky assumptions that could impact product success, flagging risks and conducting research as needed.
  • Conduct ideation sessions and synthesis activities to develop new solution offerings that deliver strategic value to the business.
  • Create user journeys and interface flowcharts based on user needs and limitations.
  • Collaborate with User Researchers and Interface Designers to build incremental prototypes.
  • Assist in revising project requirements based on user testing insights.
  • Support the Product Manager in identifying and describing Product Backlog Items, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design solutions to stakeholders.

Deliverables:

  • Project documentation and artifacts in DevOps and Confluence.
  • UX and business analysis artifacts, including user journey maps, interface flowcharts, affinity diagrams, and service blueprints.
  • Product Backlog Items that meet acceptance criteria.
  • Analysis findings of incidents and requests, identifying trends and proposing long-term remediation actions.

What You Will Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in UX and business analysis, excellent communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams. We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
