Job Description:

The primary function of a Technical Support Specialist is to provide assistance to customers and employees with technical issues. This role involves troubleshooting problems, resolving service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Route tickets to internal support teams for further assistance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support staff to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide account management support to end-users.
  • Document and manage problems and work requests using ServiceNow.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and instant messages from end-users, assign tasks to support teams, and follow up until resolution.
  • Detect and diagnose problems through discussions with end-users, including problem recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.
  • Evaluate and prioritize end-user problems and complaints.
  • Train end-users on basic computer operations.
Technical Requirements:
  • Phone support experience is essential.
  • Technical helpdesk or call center experience is necessary.
  • POS troubleshooting is desirable.
  • Systematic problem-solving skills are required.

  • Able to handle unforeseen situations.
