Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technician to perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to follow work routines and standards, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections to identify potential problems and make repairs as needed.
  • Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials required to complete repairs.
  • Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
  • Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of job-related experience. Alternatively, a combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting/carrying heavy loads (50 lbs+).
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Strong communication skills to exchange information effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
