Job Overview

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to clients through the highest standards of efficiency, knowledge, and integrity.

  • Provide best-in-class service for desktop-related issues, supporting clients remotely over the phone and utilizing remote connection tools.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, issue resolution, and ticket ownership.
  • Collaborate with escalation technicians and engineers to solve complex issues.
  • Document time and notes in each service ticket as work is performed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional Windows 8,10 Operating System troubleshooting and configuration skills.
  • Exceptional MS Office Suite installation and administration, configuration, and troubleshooting required.
  • Active Directory Administration experience.
  • Experience working a service desk ticketing system (ConnectWise, Jira etc).
  • NTFS Administration expertise required.
  • Citrix & VPN administration & troubleshooting required.
  • Microsoft Distributed Name Space (DFS) troubleshooting experience.
  • Group Policies, DNS troubleshooting experience.
  • File and print services troubleshooting experience.
  • Desktop software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Strong MDM Support and administration required.
  • Avaya voice administration experience.
  • Enterprise Antivirus and Spyware software experience.
  • macOS experience a plus.
