Critical tasks include:

  • Identifying and collaborating with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors
  • Managing influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to execution and post-campaign evaluation
  • Tracking campaign performance and maintaining accurate reporting systems for influencer content and collaborations

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, or marketing coordination roles
  • Prior experience working in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating with creators, agencies, or influencer platforms
  • Proficiency with organizational and reporting tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, and Airtable
