Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to support our retail marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales through innovative marketing strategies and ensuring brand consistency across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with retail strategies and drive business growth.
  • Manage retail marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives across different retail partners.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on marketing budgets, influencer budgets, events, and activations that drive results.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs, brochures, and various creatives that enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze retail marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Develop co-branded marketing initiatives with retail partners to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field (experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software is a plus.
  • Passion for beauty, hair care, and consumer trends.
