Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and promoting our services in Southeast Asia. You will achieve assigned sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), represent our company in front of an audience and on video, build a personal brand on social media platforms, and partner with influencers and community groups to arrange promotional content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and promote our services in Southeast Asia.
  • Achieve assigned sales KPIs.
  • Represent our company in front of an audience and on video.
  • Build a personal brand on social media platforms.
  • Partner with influencers and community groups to arrange promotional content.
  • Host webinars and provide regular customer guidance (training and formats provided by the company).
  • Conduct livestream sessions in partnered groups or on personal platforms.
  • Convert marketing-generated leads into paying customers using CRM and email marketing tools.

Requirements:

  • Be outgoing with excellent communication skills.
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera and conducting livestreams/webinars.
  • Work remotely from home, with strong personal time management and professionalism.
  • Be able to handle pressure and have prior sales experience in any industry.
  • Be proficient with computers and software tools.
  • Have conversational English for internal communication.
  • Prior experience in the finance field is highly valued.
  • Experience in building a personal brand, including creating self-promotional content and videos, is essential.
