Key Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in partnership with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it meets brand identity and campaign messaging standards.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize future marketing initiatives to drive maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with social media, content, and paid marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing with a background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A creative mindset for digital marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign innovation.
