About Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our organization. This role is crucial in expanding our visibility and fostering trusted partnerships within the digital communities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders across various markets.
  • Conduct outreach, build relationships, and manage negotiations with KOLs for promotional activities.
  • Coordinate and track influencer campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Maintain a structured database of partnerships, campaign performance, and communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, performance metrics, and partnership development.
  • Monitor trends within influencer marketing and the digital industry to optimize outreach strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, outreach management, or partnership development.
  • Fluent English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
  • Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages is an advantage: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital communities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with digital culture, terminology, and market trends (preferred but not required).
