Job Description
">- As a Senior Tax Reviewer, you will play a key role in reviewing complex tax returns and providing expert guidance to clients. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and overseeing the preparation of individual and business tax returns. This includes communicating directly with clients to clarify information and deliver exceptional service.
- You will also assist in developing and implementing tax strategies and planning for clients, as well as collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate filings. Additionally, you will participate in and help lead an Enrolled Agent (EA) study group.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Preparer are necessary. Experience reviewing tax returns is also essential.
- You must possess excellent client communication and interpersonal skills, as well as familiarity with tax planning and explaining strategies in simple terms.
- Growth mindset and leadership potential are highly valued in this role.
