Tax Leadership Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving the tax practice area, delivering high-quality tax services and guiding teams to achieve exceptional outcomes. The Tax Supervisor will provide expert tax advisory services to clients, focusing on engagement maximization and qualitative performance.

  • Lead the preparation of federal tax returns and ensure timely creation of comprehensive tax documentation.
  • Ensure efficient completion of quality tax returns while providing outstanding client service.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of tax provisions, calculations, and related documentation to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
  • Guarantee compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including monitoring changes in tax legislation and implementing necessary adjustments to tax reporting.
  • Drive team productivity throughout the cycle, delegating tasks and organizing work to maximize efficiency.
  • Contribute significantly to POD / Team management, taking ownership of various projects and reporting to senior management.
  • Develop guidelines for the team to follow while preparing tax documentation after analyzing US tax provisions for public and private companies.
  • Maintain active communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, ensure deadlines are met, and enhance relationships.
  • Manage staff development, training, and mentorship on tax projects, assessing performance for engagement and year-end reviews.
  • Provide direction to the team, building organization culture, establishing measurable objectives, playing an active role in hiring subordinates, and suggesting employee experience enhancements.
