Job Title:

MAS Service Connections Support Specialist


About the Role:

This role supports MAS Service Connections with client management, project coordination, technical support, and cross-department collaboration to enhance service outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences as measured by transaction surveys and related metrics.
  • Project Management: Demonstrate a basic understanding of MAS products, services, processes, and organization; be willing to undertake stretch assignments (e.g., SWAT, OE rotations).
  • Technical Support: Resolve technical issues related to EDI; understand account structures; collaborate closely with OES, Service, and other BTS groups.
  • Partnership Development: Build collaborative partnerships with associates & leaders from other MAS departments to improve service results.
  • Work Independently: Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, including complex situations; diffuse volatile situations; collaborate effectively in a team environment; communicate competently with clients and internal support groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proficiency in MAS products and services is essential, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
