We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Client Account Services team. As a key member of this team, you will play a leading role in new member onboarding and account lifecycle activities.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with expertise in client service, process management, and risk mitigation. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established procedures, managing data in DTCC's systems, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve sales contracts and amendments to ensure company-wide compliance
  • Communicate directly with applicants and clients via various channels
  • Partner with Relationship Management to ensure smooth onboarding and lifecycle activities
  • Lead data management and maintenance in DTCC's systems
  • Perform anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) validations
  • Compile reports for internal partners, senior leadership, and auditors/regulators
  • Support new product initiatives that intersect with client account onboarding and lifecycle processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
