We're seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Entitlements Services team, where you'll have the opportunity to drive results and make a real impact. As a member of our global team, you'll collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The Role:

You will be responsible for handling internal and external client requests related to access control to DTCC/ITP applications. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing CRM queues and web form input to respond to client requests within predefined operational targets.
  • Utilizing technical expertise to complete tasks creating, modifying or deleting client and user profiles for all DTCC services.
  • Liaising with other associates globally to facilitate fast and effective setup implementation of new clients.
  • Recognizing high-priority situations and taking appropriate escalation action following predefined criteria.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
