Private Wealth Client Service Officer Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to support Relationship Managers in managing Private Wealth accounts and/or supporting sub-units.

  • Assist Relationship Managers in servicing both prospective and existing clients.
  • Familiarize yourself with products and services available in Private Wealth.
  • Remind Relationship Managers of their deliverables to ensure timely execution/settlement.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of transactions.
  • Oversee audit and compliance requirements for all teams (CDD, Hold Mail, LOA, Doc Def, Dormant).
  • Serve as a liaison officer for Audit/Compliance matters.
  • Coordinate and monitor team's TMS, document deficiencies, and regularization of documents.
  • Ensure all transactions were done and requests were sent to centralized operations group.
  • Support Relationship Managers and act as alternate officer in absence of Private Wealth Relationship Manager on client services activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in client servicing.
