Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Support Specialist.

As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing new policies, renewals, endorsements, and remuneration adjustments with accuracy and timeliness. You will also prepare renewal notes, issue certificates of currency, and maintain client records in OrganiseIT.

You will bind policies, lodge and follow up on claims, and provide end-to-end support for the broking team. Additionally, you will manage debtor tracking, remuneration declarations, and provide general administrative support as required.

Meet time-sensitive KPIs while ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a professional, fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with digital and admin tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
