Accounting Expert Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Expert to join our team.

The role will involve preparing partnership, S-Corporation, and personal tax returns, as well as managing information collection processes and communicating with clients via email and phone.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of tax preparation experience, familiarity with S-Corp returns, and excellent internal and external communication skills.

Job Description

The Accounting Expert will be responsible for:

  • Preparing accurate and timely tax returns for partnership, S-Corporation, and personal entities
  • Managing the information collection process, ensuring all necessary documents are obtained from clients
  • Communicating effectively with clients via email and phone to clarify any outstanding items or concerns
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to improve processes and services

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of tax preparation experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Familiarity with S-Corp returns and other relevant tax-related concepts
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
