Role Overview

We are seeking an Enablement Specialist to support the development and maintenance of training resources, knowledge base content, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a clear, organized Knowledge Base including SOPs, macros, logic flows, help articles, and bot documentation
  • Design Notion and internal intake systems for clarity and version control
  • Develop 'knowledge checks', short quizzes to test understanding after key product launches or process updates
  • Establish a process for quality reviews of new content before publishing
  • Define automation and deflection workflows (e.g., chat bot responses, auto-resolution content)
  • Produce training materials and internal documentation related to the project
Requirements
  • Background in writing, documentation, training, or content creation
  • Experience with knowledge systems, CMS, or documentation tools (Notion preferred)
  • Understanding of job description drafting and onboarding processes
  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Notion, Canva
  • Quick learner, proactive, and collaborative
  • Organized and capable of managing task follow-ups
