Clinical Outreach Campaign Manager

This role involves spearheading and executing site outreach campaigns, identifying key healthcare professionals, building targeted lead lists, and overseeing the entire outreach process from start to finish.

  • Design and execute doctor outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation
  • Research and filter doctors using tools like ChatGPT, Google, NPI Registry, Definitive, etc
  • Utilize clinical judgment and U.S. standard of care research to identify suitable specialists and exclude poor fits

In addition to managing a support team, improving operational systems, and ensuring seamless outreach execution, you will also be responsible for optimizing response rates and developing standardized operating procedures that others can follow.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in running successful campaigns with minimal founder input, achieving high accuracy levels, and delivering well-controlled email sequences.

You will work closely with various tools such as Airtable, Mixmax, ChatGPT, and Google Sheets to drive success in this role.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A systematic approach with experience in executing complex outreach campaigns
  • Understanding of how healthcare professionals operate, including specialties, referrals, and the U.S. healthcare system
  • Ability to reverse-engineer patient flow and filter leads effectively
