Transforming the Financial Landscape

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our accounting strategy, driving growth and profitability through innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive accounting vision for AP/AR areas globally
  • Own the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, including consolidation and reporting for 25+ entities
  • Implement best-in-class accounting processes across Emma's global operations
  • Lead projects and manage improvement resources, including performance reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve business growth and profitability through financial insights
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial data
  • Advance and optimize team structure, mentoring accounting teams and driving professional development
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in group accounting, with expertise in IFRS accounting
  • Proven track record of leading and developing dynamic teams, including leaders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong hands-on mentality, pragmatism, and ability to convince rather than push through change internally and externally
  • Solution-oriented and curious intellectual mindset, with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience in data- and ERP projects, such as migration
