Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will lead the Business Development team in providing strategic leadership and drive growth through tactical planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a high-performing team of Business Development Reps to achieve quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets.
  • Support BDRs through on-boarding, coaching, and development to ensure consistent goal attainment across the team.
  • Coach direct reports on strategies to increase conversion rates and create more pipeline.
  • Build strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales Operations, Recruitment, and HR teams.
  • Attend weekly Sales Team meetings to maintain alignment with Field Sales teams.
  • Monitor team performance against key KPIs and drive the team forward to exceed expectations.
  • Drive innovation through process improvement suggestions.
