
Sales Business Growth Manager

This dynamic role requires an Associate Manager to drive revenue generation and business growth on behalf of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the professional development of sales staff through coaching and performance evaluation, as well as building strategic relationships with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to achieve specific business targets and meet assigned performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing sales forecasting and ensure data recorded in the CRM is accurate and up-to-date.
- Identify and remove roadblocks, helping the team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
- Monitor and lead team call time and productivity; conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions with all team members.
- Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client-specific territories.
- Stay current on market trends; keep the team informed on latest directions.
- Serve as a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.
- Maintain balanced communication with the Sales Director and external partner to foster strategic partnerships.
- Work with client contact on reporting and forecasting.
- Educate the team on operating plan targets, sales targets, and client performance targets (CPTs).
- Collaborate with internal resources and external partners to develop a coaching platform.
- Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds.
- Pursue and build business relationships with all partners to meet customer expectations.
- A minimum of 5 years proven work experience in a sales role.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in operations and strategy building.
- Excellent coaching history.
- A proven track record of developing and retaining great employees.
- Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software.
- Proven ability to find solutions as a manager.
- Change management skills.
