Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to expand and manage partnerships with wedding professionals, focusing on providing comprehensive insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline of wedding planners, venues, and event professionals to drive growth and revenue.
  • Cultivate personalized relationships through email and phone outreach to introduce clients to our Wedding Insurance products.
  • Educate prospects on product benefits, address inquiries or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate lead and interaction data in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine our wedding insurance program and enhance overall performance.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle sales or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English fluency required.
  • Able to quickly learn new products and adapt messaging in real-time.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced or evolving environments.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Background in insurance, wedding services, or event-related industries.
  • Prior experience in account management and client retention.
