Join our team as a Sales Outreach Specialist and embark on a mission-critical role that drives high-volume, multi-channel outreach to physicians, healthcare providers, and medical equipment distributors in the U.S.
Your primary focus will be on executing daily outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone, while researching and identifying new prescriber targets. To maximize engagement and response rates, you'll personalize communications and log all outreach activity in Salesforce and Halo.
A key aspect of this role is monitoring assigned accounts for new prescription activity, ensuring consistent, multi-touch engagement with both new and existing prescribers, and managing relationships with B2B equipment distributors for bulk orders and discounts.
As part of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate with colleagues to source new leads and escalate complex issues. You'll also maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and outcomes in Salesforce.
Requirements:- 1+ year in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or a similar SDR/account management role
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with U.S. healthcare professionals
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools (Apollo, Halo, LinkedIn, email platforms)
- Ability to work U.S. EST business hours (9 AM – 6 PM)
- Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
