Since its inception, the concept of service-oriented total healthcare has been the guiding ideal of MediCard. Despite stiff competition and tempting benefits offered by competitors, MediCard has led the industry with innovative ideas that reduce healthcare costs without compromising quality.

MediCard now boasts over half a million members and more than 54,000 accredited doctors across over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics providing hospital-level services without confinement.

MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic, and energetic individuals to fill the following vacancy:

  1. Serve customers by providing information about the product based on inquiries received.
  2. Drive sales through customer engagement and suggestive selling.
  3. Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
  4. Manage financial transactions with the help of other departments involved in membership processing.
  5. Assist in processing all types of membership payments.
  6. Provide relevant updates to management on the activities and strategies of competing HMOs.
  7. Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met on time.
