Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collect and verify timesheets, attendance, and leave requests for accuracy.
  • Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and commissions.
  • Manage deductions including taxes, social security, insurance, and loan repayments.
  • Process payroll using payroll software and generate accurate reports.
  • Ensure correct tax computation and timely government remittances.
  • Stay compliant with labor laws, wage regulations, and leave entitlements.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings.
  • Keep payroll records organized, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Safeguard data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts with finance records.
  • Provide ad-hoc payroll reports and data analysis for management.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries and concerns.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll issues quickly and accurately.
  • Communicate clearly with employees on payroll policies and updates.
About You
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • A graduate degree in Accounting or Human Resources or any related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
