We are looking for an experienced
Events Manager (Convention)
to maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments. You will explore into new and repeat business opportunities as well as maintain strong relationships with the guests, event organizers, vendors and bookers.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

  • Progressive career in Event Sales in a 5-star luxury property, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role handling corporate and social events
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving, strategy formulation and account development skills with high regard for details and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong management and leadership capabilities
  • Passion for working with people
