
Senior Partnership Development Manager

This is a highly cross-functional role that blends commercial acumen, operational execution, and relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the partner success strategy for Hopper Commerce.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize partner satisfaction and drive adoption of additional travel products.
- Act as the advocate for partners within Hopper, ensuring seamless onboarding and enablement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues and deliver an excellent partner experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor product performance and make informed decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business-level fluency in Korean and English (required).
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
